Panhandle Red Company specializes in handmade jewelry and gifts. We offer custom necklaces, bracelets, watches, leather cuffs, earrings, branded apparel, leather tote bags, and handmade gifts. We pride ourselves in quality workmanship that offers a sense of style no one else can offer. From the Mountains of Idaho we also care about our community and have been a part of animal rescue and many charitable events. Teacher turned artisan my passion for helping others grows more and more as the years pass.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards on all orders. Idaho State Sales Tax included in purchases.

Shipping, Local Pick Up.

Please process your payment in a timely manner so I can ship your Panhandle Red piece within 1-3 business days of payment. Shipping amounts are posted with each listing. Custom Order may take 3-15 days depending on special requests. If you are making a custom order at the shop you choose for item to ship or you choose to pick up item at the shop. All sales orders are marked with either a shipping address or marked local pick up per customer's request.  We do not provide delivery. Local Pick Up for Online Sales have 14 days to pick up item or contact Panhandle Red to make arrangements. All custom orders, you have 90 days to pick up item or arrangements will be made for store credit. Custom orders per customers request are final. See Refunds and Exchanges Policy for All Other Panhandle Red Items. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns must be completed within 21 days of purchase with email correspondence to notify me or shop attendant. We will then follow up via phone after item is shipped back in original condition to refund payment. Panhandle Red is not responsible for return shipping cost. If you would like to exchange an item the policy is the same, you have 21 days from purchase to notify shop attendant. All items returned must be in "New" or "Unworn" condition, the same way you received it. Custom orders cannot be returned as they are special order and so are the materials.
