Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days, unless we contact you. We strive to make all our customers 100% Happy. However, there are a variety of circumstances that can qualify for a return or exchange.
In order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery or purchase. (This window can be extended around the Christmas Holiday).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest Priority Mail to ensure save and accurate delivery. We will not be held accountable for damaged or lost parcels.
To meet the requirement for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition.
We do not accept returns on personalized items, custom orders, or alternate thread color items. Holster orders are final as they are all customs. We do accept returns on belts that were sized incorrectly by the customer, but in some circumstances if "belt" meets the in the time frame of within 7 days, we charge a re-stocking fee and are able to ship replacement.
We do not accept returns on international orders.
We are happy if you are happy. If items is unused and in new condition. We will be happy to exchange it, you are responsible for bringing it to workshop or shipping cost.
